Exception for Manufacturer's Defects:
The only exception to our no-return policy is for items that arrive with a verifiable manufacturer's defect. If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the defect.
Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. A photograph or video may be required to expedite your claim.
Do not discard the defective item or its original packaging until instructed to do so.

Our team will review the claim and, if approved, will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for sending the item back. We will replace the defective product or issue a refund at our discretion.
